This is an intern program for non-graduates designed to offer on-the-job training for non-graduates. The program is open throughout the year with a length of 2 months (extendable on a case per case basis).
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication skills, having good command of English, both written and oral.
- Strong academic background, (organizational background will also be looked at favourably).
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Strong analytical skills.
- At least in their 7th semester, and
- available to work, at least, 4 days a week.
This is a recruitment program for fresh graduates, which opens twice a year, on every January 1st and July 1st. Successful candidates will be accepted as Assistant Lawyer, and eligible for undergoing AP Law Firm’s on-going professional development program. Upon completion of 6 months (or earlier) as Assistant Lawyer, successful candidates will be promoted as Associates.
Candidate Requirements:
- Holds a Sarjana Hukum (SH) degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Good communication skills, having good command of English, both written and oral
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong academic background, (organizational background will also be looked at favourably).
From time to time, we open lateral hires for Mid-Level Associate and Senior Associate positions. Priority will be given to those having special expertise required to support of the AP Law Firm’s specific practice.
Candidate Requirements:
- Holds a Sarjana Hukum (SH) degree and having an advocate license.
- Having at least 4 years of experience as a lawyer in reputable law firms.
- Good communication skills, having good command of English, both written and oral.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player, strong leadership, and problem solving capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to comprehend client’s business and needs.
- Strong academic background, (organizational background will also be looked at favourably).
- Expertise in a specific field of practice (will vary from time to time).
