He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Master of Law Degree, both are from Tama Jagakarsa University. Novel has extensive experience in debt and corporate restructurings and land acquisition. He also has a proven track record of successful legal representation and strategic counsel. Furthermore, Novel works across multiple legal practice areas, encompassing infrastructure, bank loans and other debt borrowings, project/acquisition finance, M&A of banks and financial companies, investment and financial transactions. In addition, Novel worked through the 1997 Asian financial crisis and 2008 financial crisis.
