Arie Pujianto (Arie) is the founder and Managing Partners of AP Law Firm Attorneys & Counsellors at Law. He graduated of his legal academic from, Faculty of Law University of Trisakti, Jakarta (1999). Arie obtained his master law degree from University of Trisakti, Jakarta (2003). He also member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

Arie commenced its carrier as Advocate in 2004. Arie is known as an Advocate involved in the field of commercial litigation, including derivative transaction and bankruptcy. In non-litigation field, Arie has handled various banking and financial corporation, hospitatality and property, etc.

Arie is heavily engaged in all corporate and commercial practice as well as dispute resolution works of the firm. He led the corporate and commercial practice group of the firm in the number of major transactions. He also intensively involved and led the firm’s dispute resolution practice group in high profile litigations of the firm.

In his tenure with the Firm, Arie advises and assists clients in the establishment of all types of companies or other legal presence establishment, including foreign investment limited liability company, representative office, joint operation and partnership.

Drawing on his experience, Arie’s moreover able to advise clients on transactions structures, agreements and general business practices with a view to preventing the emergence of future disputes or issues.
